They encourage PPA members to contact their senators and other local representatives regarding the issue.They constantly update their website with useful news on the legality of US poker. If you are interested in staying up to date, I use their site myself to reference the news relating to poker and its legality. I alone would be too troubled trying to understand all of the lingo used in congressional documents.
Texas Holdem is an American pastime worth saving. I advise poker players not to play for real money. Keep it legal though for those who wish too play. Never stand by and let decent folk be labeled as criminals and their rights forfeited.
